ALM
The ALM impresses with its versatility. The workpiece can be transported to the laser, or the laser to the workpiece. This ensures mobility within the company or at the customer's premises.
The ALM is air-cooled and requires no additional cooling. Simply move the laser to the workpiece, secure the laser area, align the slim laser arm with the welding point and start welding.
Additional flexibility is provided by the unique optional tilt and swivel lens, which allows the laser beam to be moved steplessly by up to 40° from the vertical in all directions.
AL-FLAK MAX
With its almost 2.80 m long laser arm, the AL-FLAK MAX offers a particularly large movement radius - as a service provider or mould maker, this gives you even more flexibility for your applications.
Whether press tools, large moulds or machine components - simply drive the AL-FLAK MAX with its self-propelled crawler chassis to the workpiece, align the laser arm to the welding point and start welding. Weld seams up to 340 mm long are possible without setting down.
Additional convenience is provided by the user coordinate control, with which you can effortlessly „teach“ a bevel as a working surface.
AL-FLAK
The AL-FLAK's cantilevered laser arm easily reaches the welding positions, even in complex and deep moulds. Welding seams up to 340 mm in length are possible without settling. Your benefit: The welding process can be carried out without constant repositioning.
The AL-FLAK is available in two versions: With self-propelled crawler chassis or as a manually manoeuvrable model. You choose the laser source depending on your requirements: You can choose between Nd:YAG laser sources with 200 and 300 W or fibre lasers with laser powers of 300, 450, 600 and 900 W.
If your requirements change at a later date, the AL-FLAK with 300 or 450 W fibre source can be upgraded to double the laser power at a later date.
AL-CROSS
The AL-CROSS is a robust, user-oriented and mobile fibre laser. It is equipped with a steel housing with aluminium handles, generous storage areas, a 5th wheel for the gas cylinder and easily movable wheels.
The laser has an output of 450 W or 600 W and can be operated either in pulsed or CW mode. The laser parameters are set via a touchscreen, a multifunction foot switch or the new AL-DRIVE multifunction joystick. The display can be tilted and an integrated keypad is within easy reach of the operator. Senior mode allows the operator to set or read the laser parameters without the need for glasses.
The new AL-DRIVE control unit controls the axes of the AL-CROSS, sets the semi-automatic mode and adjusts the laser parameters. The joystick contains the pulse trigger, the R-axis and the lockable rapid traverse. The buttons can be freely programmed.
